What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. We offer a 100-day trial for all of our products, which means you have 100 days to try them out, live with them, Instagram them, and love them. 

If at any point in the first 100 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and we’ll get you set up. Please note that if you select any shipping option at checkout other than our free shipping, your shipping costs are not refundable. We do ask you include your original razor packaging in your return. Not including it will result in a 10% fee deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (shaving cream, post shave, etc.) must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.

If you want to return an international order during the 100-day period, please contact us to let us know. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non refundable.

Please note that our return policy is applicable only to orders placed on https://getsupply.com. Please see our Kickstarter return policy for any questions on crowdfunding rewards. If you have purchased our products from one of our amazing partners, please contact them directly.
